My Child Hero is an AI-powered platform that creates personalized illustrated children's storybooks. Parents or guardians provide information about a child (name, photo, preferred values, and dream profession), and our platform generates a custom digital storybook.

Our service is intended for use by parents, guardians, grandparents, and educators — not directly by children. You acknowledge that you are an adult ordering on behalf of a child.

3. User Accounts

4. Acceptable Use

• ✗Submit content that is offensive, inappropriate, or harmful to children.

5. Intellectual Property

All AI-generated stories and illustrations created by My Child Hero are the intellectual property of My Child Hero. Upon full payment, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to use the storybook for your family's private enjoyment.

The photos you upload remain your own property. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of generating your storybook.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive for high quality, but AI-generated content may occasionally vary in likeness or details. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

7. Governing Law
