1. Quality Standards

Every storybook is custom-created using AI based on the unique details you provide. We review each story for quality, age-appropriateness, and alignment with your selected values before delivery. Because each book is personalized and made to order, refund eligibility depends on the stage of production.

2. Refund Eligibility

Full Refund Eligible

  • Cancellation before story generation starts (typically within 1 hour).
  • Technical error preventing delivery after 7 business days.
  • Duplicate charges or incorrect billing occur.

Partial Refund / Credit

If generation has started but you are unsatisfied with the quality, we will first offer a free revision or redo. If the issue persists, a partial refund or store credit may be granted at our discretion.

Not Eligible for Refund

  • The storybook has already been delivered and downloaded.
  • Unclear or low-quality photo provided that affected generation.
  • Change of mind after the storybook is completed.

3. How to Request a Refund

Please email us within 14 calendar days of your purchase date and include:

4. Processing Time

Once approved, we process refunds within 5–10 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
